Shipping & Return Agreement


 At this time we ship primarily via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. In the case of oversized items, a Common Ground Carrier may be used. In most cases you can expect your merchandise within 3 to 5 business days. Express mail is offered if you need your order within 3 business days. If an item is backordered we will contact you.

 
 DAMAGE/LOSS/SHORTAGE 

 Product packaging is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipment via U.P.S., U.S.P.S., or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage, etc., on freight bill and immediately file the proper claim with the delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.

 All engine related electrical products are not returnable.


OUR ERROR

 Goods that are shipped to you incorrectly through an error on our part, namely an incorrect part number or a packaging mistake, will be accepted for return and any return shipping charges you may incur will be refunded. Simply email us for a Return Material Authorization. We will refund any amount for the incorrect shipment upon our receipt of incorrect part.


 YOUR ERROR 

 Any and all refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit - NO CASH REFUNDS.

 All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

 Return authorization is required before a return can be accepted.

 We are available every business day via email to discuss any questions you may have regarding our products and to help ensure that you receive the correct part. However, if you order material that is then shipped to you and received by you, the material is then subject to a restocking and handling charge as determined by the manufacturer and BoatPartsExpress.com, typically 15%. No return shipping fees will be credited.

 In the case of special orders, some material may not be returnable, subject to manufacturer's policies. You are encouraged to write to us via the contact form to ensure that the product you are purchasing is the correct one for your application.
