Boat Parts Express has geared its sales staff toward communication via email, which is far faster and easier for you than waiting on hold on the phone while we research your inquiry. If you need to speak with someone on the phone, simply use our contact form and provide all the information our sales staff might need to answer your question and we will respond as soon as possible. Why do you only ship to confirmed billing addresses? Credit Card fraud is running rampant among internet based companies. The only way we can combat fraud is by validating each order using an Address Verification Service. This service will run your credit card with the credit card processor and check to make sure that the address you've asked us to ship to is on file with the credit card company. PayPal will provide verification of this after your credit card is processed. What Do I Do If I Can't Find The Part I'm Looking For? Any time you are searching for a part and cannot find it, simply use our contact form and provide all information needed to locate the correct part (model, year, etc.) and which part you are looking for. We will respond via email to let you know if it is available or not as soon as possible. Why Do We Use PayPal For Payment?
